We will be celebrating the Chinese New Year from February 18 to February 23, 2015. The Taiwan Intellectual Property Office as well as our firm will be closed during the said period. All deadlines falling during the period will be automatically extended to February 24 (Tue.), 2015. We will also resume normal business operation on February 24 (Tue.), 2015.
 
Incidentally, the State Intellectual Property Office and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Trademark Office of P.R. China will be also temporarily closed from February 18 to February 24, 2015. All deadlines falling during the period will be automatically extended to February 25 (Wed.), 2015. Be kindly reminded that February 15 (Sun.) and February 28 (Sat.) are working days in China. Any deadlines for Chinese TRADEMARK applications falling on February 15 and February 28 will NOT be postponed. However, the deadlines for Chinese patent applications falling during the said days remain to the next working day, that is, February 16 and March 2, 2015, respectively.
 
Therefore, we would appreciate if all urgent cases and instructions are received no later than February 11, 2015.
