On May 5th and 6th of 2013 during the INTA conference, Tsai Lee & Chen hosted a 2-day Taiwan and China IP Seminar in Dallas, TX.
In our event, we talked about protections of designs, Geographical Indication protection from a case study. We introduced the nuances of trademark use and non-use cancellation in both jurisdictions, as well as the calculation of damages in patent and trademark litigations. We received instant feedback from participants and had the chance to hear points of view from other jurisdictions. Although each session of discussion was brief, the interaction between representatives of Tsai Lee & Chen and our guests was found very enjoyable and rewarding.
