Supreme Court Rules That Infringement Verification Report Can Be Issued by a Non-Appointed Institute

The Supreme Court overturned an earlier opinion by ruling that the infringement verification reports required under Paragraph 2 of Article 131 of the Patent Law are not limited to verification reports issued by appointed professional institutions.
